Own transport

Own transport is shipping goods yourself from or for your own company. In the Netherlands you do not need a permit for own transport, which you do when you are a professional shipping company. You must be able to demonstrate that it does involve own transport. However, you may be required to have a journey authorisation in countries outside the European Union.
