Product safety

On this page you find rules and regulation in relation to product safety. It goes without saying that your products must not pose a risk to users. You must comply with a number of rules in order to minimise this risk. For instance, the Commodities Act (Warenwet) prescribes general rules on product safety. A wide range of product safety rules will apply depending on the nature of your product and on the sector in which you are active.
