Legal aid

On this page you find rules and regulations in relation to legal aid. In the course of your business you will sometimes have problems with other entrepreneurs, consumers, current or former employees, or current or former tenants. You may also have payment problems. You will mostly be able to solve these problems, sometimes by agreement with the other party or parties involved. However, you may need specialist help in the form of advice from the Chamber of Commerce, assistance from a debt-collection agency or legal advice from a lawyer. If this specialist help is still not enough to solve your problem, you have the option of bringing your problem before the courts.
