Illness and incapacity for work

On this page you find rules and regulations in relation to employees calling in sick. For example, you must notify the occupational health and safety service (arbodienst) or your occupational health and safety doctor (arboarts) that the employee is ill. In the event of prolonged illness, you must compile a reintegration file. You may be eligible for a subsidy if you hire or have in your employment someone who is partially unfit for work.
