Finding business premises or relocating a business

On this page you find rules and regulations in relation to finding business premises or relocating a business. For example, your company must comply with the zoning plan requirements imposed by the local municipality where you want to establish a business. You must also observe the provisions of the Flora and Fauna Act (Flora- en faunawet). If you plan to run a business from your home, you are normally obliged to report this plan to your local municipality.
