Waste incineration plants

If your company has a waste incineration plant, you must comply with the regulations in the Waste Incineration Decree (Besluit verbranden afvalstoffen (Bva)) and the Waste Incineration (Measuring Methods) Regulation (Regeling meetmethoden verbranden afvalstoffen). The Decree includes rules on measurements, registrations, testing and emission requirements. The Decree does not apply to the incineration of cadavers and clean biomass. The Regulation contains details of the measuring methods and applicable standards, such as NEN-ISO and VDI.
