Television image use licence

If you have a company in the Netherlands and you show television images that can be watched by employees or guests, you require a Videma licence. You can apply for the licence through the Mijnlicentie.nl website. You must pay a fee for this licence. The amount of this fee will, for example, depend on the number of hours that you show the television images and the number of people that watch them. In addition, there are custom-made schemes for a number of sectors such as cafés and shops.

Licence to use films from a DVD

If you use films in your company or organisation that are shown from a DVD or Blu-ray disc that can be watched by employees or visitors, you will require a licence from FilmService. This film use licence consists of a standard licence or a plus licence. It is possible that your licence from Videma (also) grants permission to use DVD films.
