Rhine navigation certificate

Owners, co-owners and/or operators of inland navigation vessels normally require a Rhine navigation certificate (Rijnvaartverklaring), which entitles you to sail on almost all waters of the EU Member States and Switzerland. In the Netherlands, you can submit an application for the Rhine navigation certificate to Kiwa Register.
