Reporting contagious animal diseases

If you run a poultry or cattle business in the Netherlands and you suspect the presence of a contagious animal disease, you are obliged to call the national animal disease hotline: +31 (0)45 546 3188. The reporting point is managed by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (Nederlandse Voedsel en Waren Autoriteit, NVWA). You will find a (Dutch) overview of animal diseases that require reporting on the NVWA website.
