Annual environmental report (PRTR report)

Large industrial companies in the Netherlands that can have a serious impact on the environment must report on their waste produced, energy and water consumed and emissions released into the air, water and soil in the comprehensive Pollutant Release Transfer Register (PRTR) report. You can use the online application 'Elektronisch milieujaarverslag' (e-MJV, digital environmental annual report) for both the drafting and assessment of your report. This online application is only available in Dutch.

Each year, you must submit your comprehensive PRTR report for the preceding year by no later than 31 March. For further information, please contact the Industrial Facility Management Board (Facilitaire Organisatie Industrie) which supports companies through the process of submission and assessment of the digital environmental annual report.
