Property division permit

As a homeowner in the Netherlands, you can have your property split up into several flats, which you can then let individually. To do so, in certain instances, you will require a property division permit from the municipality. The conditions differ according to municipality and are laid down in the local Housing Regulations. The division into flats is specified in a notarial deed.

Online application procedure via Message Box
