Programme responsibility electricity

A party with programme responsibility (PV) is responsible for purchasing electricity and for drawing up the plan of daily electricity transactions. The party with programme responsibility is often the same as the energy supplier. You will need to recognised as a party with programme responsibility. You can apply for either full recognition or commercial recognition. In the former, you may bear programme responsibility for connections, while in the latter you may not. You can obtain recognition from TenneT.
