Notification and evaluation of youth care

Providers of youth care must notify the Youth Care Agency (Bureau Jeugdzorg) of the commencement, continuation and conclusion of a course of treatment. You must also provide the Youth Care Agency with the details that are needed for an evaluation to be carried out. Providers are furthermore required to cooperate with the evaluation procedure.
