Licence for space travel activities

If you want to perform space travel activities from the Netherlands, such as launches or control and operational activities, you will need a licence from the Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. You can obtain the licence for space travel activities from the Radiocommunications Agency (Agentschap Telecom). The objects you use for your space travel activities must be registered with the Radiocommunications Agency.

Accidents

Accidents occurring during the performance of the space travel activities that may cause danger or damage must be reported to the Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. In addition, you must take measures to limit or repair the damage.
