Distributing advertising material

If you want to distribute advertising material (leaflets, flyers and samples) door to door, or arrange for this to be done, you do not need consent or a permit from the municipal authorities.

Shoppers

If you want to distribute advertising materials among shoppers or by leaving them under the windscreen wipers of cars, or arrange for this to be done, you will, in some municipalities, need permission or a permit from the municipal authorities. Moreover, the municipal authorities may prohibit the distribution of advertising materials at a public place (a shopping centre, for example) and/or for a certain period.
