Cleaning licence for a cleaning ship

In the Netherlands, you need a cleaning licence if you use a cleaning ship to clean another ship that contains or has contained dangerous or hazardous substances. You can obtain this licence from your local municipal authority. Further information about the cleaning licence can be found in your municipal authority’s port rules and regulations (Havenverordening).
