Cattle transport documentation

A transport document must be present in the lorry when transporting cattle, calves, sheep, lambs, goats and horses. You may draft the transport document yourself. You may use the transport document for hoofed animals drawn up by the Netherlands Federation of Cattle Dealers (NBHV) as a template. When transporting sheep and goats, you must in some cases also complete an identification and registration (I&R) transport document.
