Administrative charges

If you purchase a service or product from a municipal or a provincial authority, you normally have to pay administrative charges (leges). For example, you will have to pay administrative charges to obtain a permit or a certificate of good conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, VOG). The amount of the charges differs from one municipality or province to another. The amounts are laid down in the provincial or municipal administrative charges bye-law.
