The Dutch ministerial regulation on the scope of the Services Act (Regeling indicatieve vaststelling reikwijdte Dienstenwet) states which procedures are subject to the Services Act (Dienstenwet). In the overview below you find these procedures. There are general procedures concerning all companies and there are procedures for specific sectors. The overview is not yet complete and will be expanded.
