The login screen of the user account includes a link to a form which you can use to set a new password. After you have completed the procedure, you can choose a new password. You are allowed to enter a previous password.

You probably found and selected the file on your computer, but did not attach it to your message. Do not forget to click the 'Attach' button after browsing.
I was writing a new message, but accidentally lost it. Can I still retrieve the message?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can create a draft in Message Box, but you will need to save the message as draft first.
I have an Answers for Business user account and I am not able to authorise someone for my Message Box. What do I do now?
The person you wish to authorise probably registered an organisation with his or her user account. It is not possible to authorise a person with an user account which was already used to register an organisation or create a Message Box account. This person will have to create another user account in order to log into your Message Box.
