Changing your details
How do I change my details?
Log into your Message Box and go to 'Settings' in the left-hand column. In this screen, you can change the following details:
- Your organisation's name;
- Your e-mail address and language selected for the confirmation of new messages.
Can I change my Message Box name?
If you have an Answers for Business user account, you can also amend the following details here:
- your authorisations;
- the details of your user account and your password.
No, that is not possible.
