You must observe various laws when developing a product or service and launching it on the market. There are, for instance, rules and regulations to ensure the safety of your product and packaging and to protect your product or brand, as outlined in legislation such as the Copyright Act (Auteurswet). When developing a product, you may also be eligible for a subsidy.
